You can return or exchange ordered items up to 14 days after delivery by filling out the online return form. Once filled out you will receive a receipt via email to print and place in your package.
Within 14 days of the return request, ship the order at your expense to Milor Spa - Via dei Gracchi 35 - 20146 Milan enclosing the receipt of the request.
On receipt of your package, we will send you an email confirming the refund, which you will receive within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return.
